KIPHRD is the only exclusive educational institution in the field of Korea’s power generation industries that conducts various human resources development programs for employees from five public power generation companies, private power generation companies, their business partners, power plant construction companies, and related schools.
Since its launch in 2002, it has developed special courses such as online and offline education in thermal power and renewable fields, as well as retired people, O&M industries and industrial-academic cooperation courses, and ,as a global hub of power generation technology, it has greatly contributed to the development of global power industry by providing overseas education to about 20 countries.
In addition, we always do our best to provide smart education services that customers want through the development of education platforms and contents in response to the changes of educational environment and the ever-changing trend of the era such as the advent of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the conversion of energy paradigm, and the trends of untact education.
From March 2021, we will make a new leap from KPLI to KIPHRD through the relocation of Daejeon and further grow as a ‘POWER generation Technology Platform’ through the use of advanced educational facilities and excellent science and technology infrastructure. We look forward to your continuing interest and support.
